Over the past 16 years I've led cross-functional teams on design of scalable experiences that reduce costs, improve business metrics and cultivate affinity. I'm based in New York City and work with clients worldwide.
I currently lead research and strategy projects at Clay that include:
• Redesign of the Empire State Building site
• Design of a new AI-led CRM product
• UX evolution of an AI-driven investment strategy platform
Prior to that, I helped define the retail strategy for NSRL Form, Nike's first performance-based signature service and helped Gardyn on optimize their business strategy, customer experience, products and AI assistant.
A background in Quality Assurance, an International Marketing degree and a deep interest in psychology complement my UX expertise.
